Think maybe they know a lot of people will go and see their families over Christmas whatever the rule is and this is a sort of damage limitation mr grant.

I think the rules would've been broken anyway because it's Christmas could you imagine the calls to the police from some angry and disgusted neighbours.

Just a case of let it roll .
Hopefully the vaccine will help us all live a normal life asap.
