At times I believed VoR to be Noah, and at times not. I was told plenty that he was not.
I am of the understanding Coyne and Noah wherever he is are friends. So I would have assumed at the time that even if it was real then it was likely to have been banter between friends.
Certainly there was no complaint to act on, until now.
