There have been one or two lads with learning difficulties in the places I've worked mr deemo why do you ask? Also I post on this board and the other board so not sure how that is snitching especially when anyone can view this forum.

I am Rambo. Having worked with people with learning difficulties I know how hurtful that word is used in the context coyne has decided to use it in.

That was my thinking as well mr grant. People will always have different interpretations with things like that I suppose. I think a lot of the time though it boils down to who's said it more than what they've actually said.

I genuinely hope he seeks help and support, living his life through message boards and getting angry every day isn’t a life for anyone.
Maybe we should set up a Go Fund Me Page for his help?
I think people just need to channel any built up tension or aggression in other ways. I find going a long walk or jog can do a lot of good. It's not a magic pill but definitely makes you feel a bit better getting out for some fresh air imo anyway.
I was feeling like **** today, stressed and grumpy. I went for a 5 mile walk and feel very much better indeed.
The app I use I have my distances in km mr grant. 9.70km I did this afternoon not sure what that is in miles. I could google it but can't be bothered which might annoy someone!
