He seemed to take an instant dislike to you for some reason.
He was a good judge of character.

Don't know the guy, but judging by the number of exclamation marks and caps.. he must have had an impact.
He was another poster pretending to be someone in their 70s who accidentally stumbled over the board. He used to end all his posts with 4 exclamation marks and claim posters were all out to trick him. It was bizarre, but funny.
His son was very good to him though.
