How could I forget.

Watch With Mother .
We had only 2 channels but come 1964 we had 3 .
The TV went off at 10pm with the BBC playing God Save The queen .
In black and white of course very tough viewing when watching pot black .
Pot black ;D
Watch with Mother,Andy pandy.
Do sooty and sweep count or basil Brush?
Watched 'in the night Garden' a fair bit with my young uns.Get a bit of a buzz prediciting if its the ninky nonk or the pinky ponk thats going to grab the glory.

It feels like the Night Garden is never off in our house.  I've even been named Makka Pakka by the wife and I respond by doing the dance for her and the wee man.  He smiles but the wife usually shakes her head.

I remember sooty and sweep.

I’d like to see that. 😆

Star Trek.

Magic roundabout.
Magpie
Popeye
Laurel and hardy.
Abbott and Costello.
Flash Gordon.

Doug
Hey Arnold
Rugrats
The Simpsons (debatable if it's classed as a kids programme)
Arthur
Tales from the Cryptkeeper (I love the adult version 'Tales from the Crypt' too)
Are you afraid of the dark
Clarissa
Ghostbusters
Round the bend
Count Duckula
Trap Door

I was more into playing Nintendos than watching the telly to be honest.  Used to love multiplayer Goldeneye or wrestling games on the N64 with my mates.  Had the two other Nintendos prior to that too.  I used to have good chats with Spit On McGhee/Jake Roberts about the NES, but since he re-registered he won't chat in fear of blowing his cover  :'(

However I am now forced to watch The Night Garden, Hey Dugee, Waffle Doggy and Love Monster  ;D
Round the Bend was sublime. Very risqué which I loved.

I also adored:
Knightmare
Thundercats
M.A.S.K
Dogtanian
Mysterious Cities of Gold
Animals of Farthing Wood
The Box of Delights
The Secret Garden
Woof!
The Queen’s Nose

And I’m sure I’ll think of more.

I forgot about nightmare

Forced I don't believe that
It's time like that when you share time with your bairn that is important.

My lot grew up too quickly I'd love to turn the clock back and re live that days even just for 10 mins it's a great feeling .

These are the best days of my life mate, I'd just prefer to watch something else with him lol.  He's probably a bit too young for me to introduce him to random documentaries about serial killers or wrestling shoot videos  ;D
