Least favourite is lamb. Find it to be a bit greasy. Not keen on pork chops either.

Had Asda special Bacon and cheddar sausages the other day. Best I've tasted outwith the butcher. Very low carb as well so fits into my current diet

How’s the keto going? 14 months my wife has been doing that and it changed her life.
I done it pretty much non stop last year for about 7 months including no drink and the results were remarkable. I've come off and on it the last few months but with lockdown, general boredom and increased drinking I've found it more difficult to keep to it. The hangovers are also pretty grim on the keto.

Really amazing lifestyle change and would recommend it to anyone wanting to lose weight who might not think they can or even folk with certain health issues as it can reverse many notable ones. The food is great and plenty alternatives if you struggle with sweet cravings. I always found it was easier to stick to if you plan your meals ahead otherwise you will end up eating the same stuff

Loads of cheese, full fat products, cooking in butter, double cream in your coffee and sauces etc. What's not to love? 😃

What was the main benefits for your Wife if you don't mind me asking?
She lost weight which she had struggled with after our 2nd child. 4st in 7 months and back to her normal weight. And it has stayed that way.
That’s good going. Hardest part is keeping it off.

That sounds pretty nice for a diet mate!

Do you have to pay or sign up for this?  Or buy a book or something?  Or can the diet's details easily be found online?

You just remove carbs completely. Chips, bread, pasta and rice. And full fat everything else.

Been getting into lamb lately. Made a shepherd’s pie the other day.

Roast lamb is nice as well. Lamb chops are a waste of time.

Eat lamb the least but you can't beat the skewered lamb from the local kebab shop. Agreed about Bacon, can even go without it on a fry up. I can eat it but behind many other breakfast roll fillings

I've never understood the fascination with Steak.  Urgh.

Not a fan of lamb either.

A well seasoned and well cooked steak is lovely, hugely overpriced though.

It’s just a slice of a coo’s arse at the end of the day.

I was thinking this morning a I ate my breakfast, that of all meats I could probably most easily live without bacon.

I’ve always just felt it to be overrated.
