Just laughing at the exchange in general.
Fair enough. It is no laughing matter. Ruined a recently decorated bedroom. Going to cost a fair bit to fix along with the dishwasher disaster I am looking at a lot of money to fork out.
Just waiting for the 3rd disaster to happen 🙈
Do you not have insurance?

I do but the excess is 750. Also being a listed building insurance is expensive and quite hard to get.

Just had a message from a workmate. The roof there is leaking. 🙈
Hopefully that is the 3rd thing.

Totally. Also clean the filters regularly and use good quality dishwasher tablets

Looking good so far mate. Just put washing machine on as well. That was moved when the disaster happened so hopefully it will be okay 🤞
