Another win for Scotland.
Slow and steady improvement is all we can hope for, missing a good few decent players too.
Well done lads.
Slowly he’s turning us into his killie team, getting stronger defensively with each game that passes.
So chuffed for big Andy, an absolute gent going by all accounts and didn’t look out of place tonight, hope he enjoyed his big night.
We’re getting there, never going to be playing beautiful football but I’m very optimistic.
I’m excited.

Cannae be done with the tartan army booing players because they play for the wrong side of the old firm. Heard it from their supporters and also Aberdeen supporters. Cannae be done with yes 45 on the back of Scotland tops or bastardising the saltire.

The tartan army 'footsoldiers' are cringeworthy in the extreme and boo their own national anthem and own players. On the whole, they aren't your typical football fan.
They could even be described as Perthshire Lawyers in Kilts
I also have big reservations over the conduct of the SFA over the years.
However, I see the National team themselves as being separate from all these things. I don't think it'd be fair to see them as a sort of Tartan Army FC, or a sporting wing of the footballing authorities. I simply see them as the National side representing Scotland, and that's why I'll always want them to win.. although, like you, I've lost a lot of passion. That's probably more to my relationship with football in general though.
I also see the likes of us just giving up the National side as just letting them win, which is just not an option for me. I probably sound hypocritical saying all that since I've largely lost the passion and haven't been to a Scotland game in years, but there you have it! 8)

What is Goldson, Defoe and Morelos going to think when they are being abused by their own fans? They aren't doing it to encourage looting of defacing statues.
I personally would put that alongside the booing during the minutes silence remembering the War dead or Celtic fans not wearing a poppy. I respect their right not to wear one but I cannot condone them breaking silences.

Footage shows that the drug-fuelled Floyd, fresh from trying to use a counterfeit note, was actually complaining about not being able to breathe before he was even pinned down by the officer. It wouldn't surprise me if the policeman gets off... wonder if the looters will take their pairs of Nikes back to the shops then?
I also see them blaming 'whitey' for their problems, whereas they should really look closer to home. If they really cared about black lives then they'd be doing well to focus on the black on black violence which is far worse, black fatherlessness and improving their actions as a group. The demonising of police officers by this mob is nothing short of a disgrace.

Why is it strange that I appear to be reasonable, friendly and pleasant? It's quite normal for normal people to have opposing views to oneself, unless you see then as 'the other'. It's precisely these qualities that lead me to have such negative opinions of the whole bizarre, conspiratorial and divisive notion of players kneeling before football games.
I can separate the violence and looting from the group too, but my point is that i consider the aims and narratives of the group to be wrong in themselves, again as I've outlined.
