Title: Re: Your team

Rarely miss a game.
Can’t stand those who wax lyrical about ‘their team’....but don’t go to watch them.
Regardless of your team, if you go and watch them like I do mine, I’ve no problem engaging with you about football.

That makes sense to me.

I very rarely mention Rangers now, preferring to keep my chat mainly about politics and the evils of the SNP.
The SNP evil 🤔

I attended about 600 games over 20 years and retired to the Armchair Emerald CSC. Having young kids as well, it’s not the right time for me to go back. Maybe one day.

I haven't been to a Rangers game in a few years.  Increased commercialisation lead me to do a bit of soul searching a while back, and I became really disillusioned with football in general.  It's not like I've fallen away completely, I will still watch or listen to our games and I still care, but just nowhere near as much.

I intend to take the wee man when he's old enough, so maybe that'll reignite my passion.

I had a season ticket from 1992 til 2008, during this time I probably attended about half the domestic away games on average and a handful of away European games too.
I'm sure when you start to take your son the passion will return. How old is he now and when are you thinking of taking him?

He's only 7 months old now mate, so I'm thinking I have about 10 years or so  ;D

I had my ST when I was 8, and that was too young IMO.
I would agree 10 is about right

Obviously and sadly just now none of us can go and watch our team play but in normal circumstance do you go, have a season ticket and how often do you go ?
I do not have a season ticket but am a club member which I pay £30 for myself and the same for my wife. This is the only way we can get tickets for away games. We go approx 5 times a year, twice to The Den and three away games. Would love to have a season ticket and attend every game. Hopefully one day will be able to get a campervan and follow the Lions for a season.

That sounds like a cool adventure Mo.
It would be amazing mate. I just hope we can make it happen

Not been in a couple of years, fed up with the style of play more than anything, watch the games on the old iptv.

McInnes seems to have changed his ways this season though so I’ll definitely go back if that continues if and when I can.
