Loved to watch .

Love thy neighbour was funny too not to be taken seriously.
When you look back you didn't know how racist it really was.

Racist towards whom?
Absolutely nobody. The snowflakes are too thick to realise that those shows were taking the **** out of racists.
Spot on AJ. If they want to see racism look among the ranks of the independence movement

The boy had a hard life .

What a tragically sad story mate.  Makes me want to cry.

Aye heartbreaking stuff see he was also set up for another season but he wanted to help other kids with similar upbringing as him as he wanted to do psychology .
Wow. :-\

Loved to watch .

For me Benny Hill .
Steptoe and Son (they hated eachother)
Russ Abbot.
Still Game .
Rab C Nesbit .
Love thy neighbour was funny too not to be taken seriously.

Alf Garnet was just as bad in Till Death Do Us Part.

I loved Rab C Nesbit! Went to a couple of nights out and a Halloween party dressed as him.

Was the guy that played Wee Burnie actually a paedo?  I can't remember.

I absolutely love both series' of I'm Alan Partridge.

Aye something along these lines he was a superb actor on Rab C without him the series wasn't so good and never the same .
I think he was given up as a kid .
His ending wasn't good either I think it was during an operation.
Could be wrong will go check him out now .
