Billy Connolly.

Denis Law.

S Colmcille.
Big names joining up to the YES campaign.

Billy Connolly has not joined up to the campaign for separation, lol.

Anything to back up the Dennis Law claim?

Aye he's family to my brother Raymond Buchan .
My dad first marriage was to Denis Law's sister Georgina whom he had a son Raymond !y half brother I saw him on Friday morning.
Denis was asked in 2014 if he supported independence from one of the papers maybe the Daily record Denis said he's not lived in Scotland for a long time so it had nothing to do with him . But because of Brexit and the possibility of the NHS going up for sale has made him see it's not the best for Scotland to remain in the union . Denis has been a labour man all his life according to my brother he sees him when he goes to Manchester.
For the record my brother is a hardened Yoon and big Churchill and army man .
My dad lived in Printfield with the Law family .

But Georgina's brother Joe Law finished my dad's marriage to Georgina because he said that my dad who was doing his national service was fkn other women .

Joe passed away not that long ago. He wasn't a nice person .

Fair play, Buc.  That's an interesting family story.

The question is though, given your misguided attempt to claim Billy Connolly as a Yes campaigner.. is there a chance you could have taken Denis' words the wrong way?

No mate but i put Billy in because he's now backing independence
The YES was part was a we wind up mate .

I'm afraid there's nothing to show that Billy Connolly is now backing independence.

Glad to hear it was a wind up about Denis Law though.  I've got a feeling he'll have an emotional connection not just to Scotland but also to the rest of the country, given he spent so amazing years with Man UTD.

No that wasn't a wind up about Denis it was a wind up about Billy Connolly.

Fair play mate.

Indeed.

I’m sure Brian Laudrup feels an emotional connection to both Scotland and Denmark. The UK though, not so much.

Whereabouts in Scotland do they all live, Buc? Maybe you'll answer this instead of dodging it like the McGregor question.
Now now, wasn’t it only last week that Yoons were saying Scots around the globe should have their say?
Was it?

Yes it was. So which is it? Should non residents of Scotland get a vote in a referendum or not?
Nope. And neither should Chinese students, another sneaky wee trick from the SNP.
Soon 5 year olds will have a vote in this nanny state

I can't see the people of Scotland being persuaded by a celebrity who walked out on his family.  We will look at the issues at hand and decide for ourselves.

Hopefully the current nosedive in support for separation continues.

There's a Tsunami on it's way .. ;D

More and more keep joining in.

When the university goes back AYE Aberdeen have accepted my idea of going to the High Street where Aberdeen university is and we are going to put a table up and set up a board with a series of questions regarding Europe and independence.

The students will pick up thon sticky stars and place on the board with what they agree with ..

Probably the 2nd week in October as I'm away to Spain during the first week .
Look forward to giving you the results and a pic of the unbiased result .
