Got it during lockdown. On 400mg of allopurinol which is the most you can take. Old man has it as well but he hasnt been bothered by it for years by taken 100mg a day. Hopefully it will stop flaring up soon as it is the most painful thing I have ever experienced. 😖
I worked as a lad who suffered from it back in the late 70s he was only in his 20s and player junior football he had to lie down in the couch it was that bad .
Allopurinol side effects are horrendous nausea diarrhea and as you know only too well gout .
Hopefully it will ease away .
Luckily I've had no side effects but to be honest they would be better than the pain of gout

By the way, I heard from my sources earlier this week that the UK Gov has been doing private polling on independence and finding Yes to be between 55 and 58%. Whitehall mandarins have briefed the UK government and they are very rattled.

I have my daughter this weekend, pick her up from Nursery at 5pm.
Tomorrow we will go to the park, for a wee walk and visit my parents.
Sunday around the house then drop her at her Mums, then I’ll have a few beers and see what football is on.
Now down to 5 weeks before the start of the league campaign, little less for the Betfred.
Sounds nice a good weekend Coyne.
As I get older, I enjoy the simple things in life more, like a walk in the park.
A few nice ones round here just a short drive away.

Tough game to start with but I always have confidence in my team . We do miss the crowd though as the Den is not a good place for away teams to visit. The atmosphere is brilliant.
Prediction is a 2-1 win for us 🦁
I hope you're right, always had a soft spot for Millwall after seeing one of the greatest movies ever...

They are a brilliant team to go and watch. Met some fantastic people that we class as good friends. The wife is Millwall daft, I can't believe how passionate she is. At the games she sings her heart out.

My Protestant work ethic has kicked in and I've volunteered to work Saturday and Sunday, 8am - 4.30pm, both days. 😎
It's our Protestant work ethic that separates us from the weaker, historically Catholic countries, AJ
Look at Spain for example, full of smelly, work-shy reprobates who go for a sleep during the day, or Italians who take about 5 hours to have a meal.

Will continue doing some online work for my PT course tomorrow as well as carry out some lodge business.
Might return to worship on Sunday, but if i do then it'll be without the wife and wean.
Other than that, hope to get the grass cut and do some hedge cutting.
