Anyone forcing you to read them?
Is it above your intellect?
Can’t you start your own about, oh, I don’t know, newspaper caravan holidays?
If you start threads that doesn’t interest me I won’t moan like a wee lassie about them.

I tend to agree with you, VOR.
Whilst talking politics isn't to everyone's taste, there's nothing to stop them reclaiming the conversation, scrolling by the topics and replying to something else, or starting their own topic completely.
I'd also add that absolutely everyone on here gets involved in the political stuff to a degree.
I agree with this wholeheartedly. I was being a bit mischievous in my earlier post on this thread, and hoping to bait AJ.
