Rambo's rattled.😎

How did you reach that conclusion mr aj?
When you're rattled you roll out the Benidorm posts. Every. Single. Time.👍

I was pulling mr coyne's leg as he's previously said he wasn't a fan of the place mr aj. Are you just looking for the slightest wee thing to have a go at me for?

Just manners mr deemo nothing to be wary of.

Interesting topic.
Go to the Masters.
Train journey through Rocky Mountains
Spend a few weeks in Nashville
Visit Australia
Spend a week at Hagerston
See Dundee FC win Scottish Cup

Last one could be difficult😁

My loon done South America he loved it but you'd have to learn south American Spanish.

I think you've said you've done a fair bit of traveling on the other board or I'm I mistaking you for another poster Coyne.?

A wee bit Buc, nothing major.

Canna see it happening now with a daughter that’s coming up for 5, can’t be away for any length of time.

You are a young man and kids don't remain kids for very long .
when my kids were young I think life was better for me as it was an amazing experience seeing them grow up with their different personalities.

Really miss that .

I’ll take her back to the caravan in Haggerston next June, she loved it there. When the world gets back to normal I’ll take her abroad somewhere.

I'd like to visit New York. Not much of an ambition I know but I never seem to be in a position to afford it. Someday......
I went in 2009. Greatest city on Earth. I hope very much to look up the Statue of Liberty once again.
Never been but the wife has. She didn't like it. My mate loved it 🤷‍♂️
The greatest city on earth has to be Brechin

I'm thinking about going to Skye in the October holidays.

You'll love it mate.

I proposed to Mrs Hardliner at the Fairy Pools a few years ago!

Sounds great pal.

We did the NC500 a couple of years ago and had thought about going to Skye then but never had time in the end.

Glad you brought up the NC500, it's definitely now on my 'bucket list'

My loon was going to cycle it .

He's already done loads of miles island hoping and living in a tent he's a hippy .

Ok Hardliner.

Here goes .

The train journey between Glasgow and Mallaig was voted the most scenic railway journey in the world. 2014 if I mind right .

The Isle of Skye was voted the 4th most Beautiful island in the world.

The Isle of Harris and Lewis was voted the most beautiful island in Europe.

Would you like to know anything else I know more than the above this stuff makes me so proud and passionate about my country.

Many thanks for the info, Buc, but I don't think in Skye's case we can claim an award for coming 4th, although my granny on my mum's side was indeed from Isleornsay!

Glad to hear about the other 2 awards though.  They make me proud of my country too.

I've not got a bucket list as such, but I'd love to give up my current job and run a B&B in a scenic location.

Could call it The Ethical Board-ing House.
In GB 🇬🇧?

Definitely mate.

I'm attracted to the islands off the West coast of Scotland, especially Arran where my heritage lies.

How did a Millwall fan end up getting mixed in with the Ethical crowd?  Are you a former poster of Scotland-Mad?
I mate, posted as Deemo. Stopped using forums a couple of years ago for various reasons. Came across a link to this one, seen AJ posted and thought **** it sign up.

Nice one.

Do you have the misfortune of living in this sad wee nation during these bitter, backward, small-minded, constitutionally-obsessed times?

I remember the days when trying to split up the country just wasn't an issue.  It was tranquil.
I do have the misfortune of that mate.
I remember the good old days when everyone was happy  and politics were hardly mentioned. Oh to go back to those lovely times

Must've been before I was born.

Nae **** has ever been happy in this shitehole.

there's always been political fighting within politics used to be labour v the Tories .

Now it's about the SNP v unionist but this is a political battle they will now lost we aren't starting off at 27% .

Anyway independence is normal put it this way ask every other country if they'd want to come back .

I know what they'd say we are doing fine without you..

The united kingdom is United anymore and the London government are panicking why's that .?
Eh ? 🤔
And what is the London government Buc ? Thats a new one to me 🤷‍♂️

What do you know of stunning Scotland's west coast and it's awards a we test for you mate.

I know that it always been a bastion of Unionism, although they've never received awards for it to my knowledge.

Something to do with Whisky?

Ask Ian Blackford?

No I'm speaking about scenery and the awards it's been given worldwide recognition.. don't you know about this .?

I'd consider asking the humble crofter Ian Blackford but he doesn't like giving straight answers!

I'm afraid I don't know about the awards, Buc.  What awards has it received?

Save up some money to buy a campervan.

Travel all over Europe especially Northern Spain .

Maybe even live in Spain for much longer have to wait for my pension that's an extra year on top of me being 65 if I'm lucky enough to see it .
One third of the population don't see retirement age ..

Would also love to go to South America take back some gifts whilst I'm there .

Good topic this Deemo.
