Agreed. I’d be happy to offer my services if they’re required.

Great stuff. The tea trolley won't push itself

There's that humility from the mutant that posted about a blokes elderly mother despite the poor guy asking you many times to stop.

You are a creature and are the reason boards die.

Sssshhh.

It does seem a bit of a thankless task mr fremsley. I thought mr grant was fair when he made all decisions down to a vote but no matter what you do it seems some people will still complain.
Common theme of certain posters falling out with Admins on every board. No idea why

Pretty much cos they are bunch of greeting wee bairns. Do as I say, not as I do.

Happy to dish it out, when they get it back it’s full on pant pishing.

When they slither back, and they will, maybe they should try not dishing it out and see how they go eh.

I think cousin AJ might have a breakdown if he heard that news

I'm happy staying off the Admin team. It gets quite full on when you have folk moaning at your every hour of every day

Mr fremsley would be a great choice as admin and I think most would agree. Good shout mr thebhoy.

Mr pantyliner would be a poor choice as admin imo mr grant. He's too easily influenced by mr angry and seems a bit scared to do anything that might upset him. Just my two bob's worth.

Do you think it should be a robust character, like Femmesley for example, Mrs Timbo?

Can we agree it should be on creepy behaviour? Anything incidents hinting at doxing, employers, etc to be commonly understood as beyond the pale?

And should we elect our admins and be able to remove them with votes of no confidence?

Agree on the first part.

However as for admin I'd say it should be you and you alone. All this motions and polls stuff is nonsense and has to go. You can say what you want about me, and indeed you have over the years, but I'd put my faith in you to moderate now we are clearer on what's acceptable. I appreciate you can't be on 24/7 but retrospective action is fine. My previous points regarding the poisonous Dundee Ghost still stand. Thank you.

Who’s the Dundee Ghost?

Mind that, when you were on ignore? 😂😂

Aye, it was a right hoot eh 😂😂😂

To be honest I wouldn't have done it if I'd known it would have made you this disaffected and an incel into the bargain.

I blame myself :(

Agreed. I’d be happy to offer my services if they’re required.

I think you would be a thoroughly ethical and level headed admin.

At one point I was going to make all regular users admins, thinking it would create a sense of shared responsibility. Like when someone hit 1000 posts they would get elevated to Admin and we would have a wee ceremony for them.

But then the creepy stuff started and admins can see email addresses and IPs and the like so didn’t think that would fly.

Agree with that. I would suggest yourself and hardliner were the 2 admins going forward

Good shout. I actually wanted to do that from day 1 but held off as I thought it might look like cronyism. But I think they trust him now so it could bring balance to the force and peace to the galaxy. But not too much peace.

Let’s all keep developing the model.
