What’s the distance today Hardliner?
Just over 4km which isn't too much but there's a steep hill involved.
If I'm rained off then I will do an Insanity sesh instead!
I’ve not being doing too much, just wee three mile runs here and there.
When there are no races to enter, the motivation drops, especially at this time of the year with the weather.
